Harb’s was a great choice for my car repair. They were honest, kept it in budget and communicated with me the whole way keeping me updated on the status of the repair. Dustin in particular was awesome to work with but everyone I interacted with at the shop was top notch.

I’ve used Harb’s for 40+ years. I gotta say I was disappointed for the first time. The work that was done was done correctly, but apparently the tech didn’t know he should wash the grease off of his hands before touching the interior. He got grease everywhere. Tighten up folks. Update: My husband got a call from Greg and he apologized for the less than excellent service we usually get. He invited us to bring it back for cleaning. This is how you do business! Thanks Greg! Every business makes mistakes. It’s how you respond that separates your business from the rest. It’s also what inspires longevity.

Harb’s Body Shop did a fantastic job on my Expedition. I needed the driver’s door replaced and painted, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the repair, keeping me updated. The work was completed faster than expected, and the quality was excellent. They really took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly and even went above and beyond to ensure the car looked great when it was finished. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Harb’s if you need body work done! 🚗

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this auto body shop, primarily due to the customer service, specifically from Irma, the administrative assistant. I drove in from outside the county first thing in the morning to get an estimate, only to be told that estimates are done strictly by appointment. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, this was my first time visiting and I wasn’t aware of the appointment requirement. I was the first person there, so I had hoped there might be some flexibility or willingness to work with me given the circumstances. Unfortunately, Irma, the administrative assistant, was not friendly or particularly polite in explaining the policy. The interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful. She didn’t even face me…she had her back to me pretty much the whole time. Even a small effort to show understanding or offer an alternative solution would have gone a long way. I fully acknowledge that not scheduling an appointment was my oversight. However, customer service is about how situations are handled — especially when a potential customer has made the effort to travel a significant distance. Based on this experience, I left fee

If your in need to get your car repaired and want it done the right way.... i HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They did a awesome job on my 2017 camry front end shout out to Dustin he is the best and honest. I promise you will not be disappointed. Always kept me updated on my car.
